The South Hill rises just south of downtown Spokane and is home to some of the city's most loved neighborhoods. Think mature trees, sidewalks, front porches, and parks you can walk to. It's close enough to downtown for an easy commute, but it feels like its own little world.
You'll find everything here: early 1900s Craftsmans and Tudors near Manito Park, stately homes in the Rockwood historic district, brick bungalows, mid-century ranchers on the upper South Hill, and newer homes toward the southern edge.
