Heirloom Real Estate Partners is a boutique, two-agent team in Spokane, Washington. We're Julia Salerno and Labrina Winfrey, and we work every client together, so you always have two advocates, two perspectives, and one shared plan.

We started Heirloom in January 2026 because we wanted to offer the kind of experience we'd want for our own families: thoughtful, personal, and calm, even when the market isn't. An heirloom is something cared for and passed down, and that's how we think about your home and your trust.
Almost all of our business comes from past clients and the people they send our way. So we take our time, explain the why behind our advice, tell you the truth about a house, and stay in touch long after closing day.
We help buyers and sellers across Spokane, the South Hill, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, North Spokane, Mead, and the rest of Spokane County, with a soft spot for older homes with character.

Julia Salerno
Julia is usually the voice you'll hear from most. As our Director of Client Relations, she's your day-to-day contact, keeping every showing, deadline, and question moving so nothing slips through the cracks.
Before real estate, Julia spent more than a decade as a professional violinist and music teacher, which shows up in how she works: patient, detail-minded, and great at explaining things clearly. She has been part of the Spokane community since 2010 and has bought and sold everything from condos to multi-family properties and land herself.
Julia knows new construction and working with local builders especially well, and clients say she makes even a competitive market feel manageable.

Labrina Winfrey
Labrina is the strategist behind every Heirloom plan, from pricing and negotiation to how a listing is presented. Before real estate she worked in corporate compliance project coordination, so she's naturally organized, thorough, and calm under deadlines.
She loves homes with history. Labrina has hands-on renovation experience (she's currently renovating the 1962 rancher she grew up in), a designer's eye for what makes a home feel special, and an NRPP radon measurement certification, which comes in handy in Spokane County. She also founded Winfrey & Co. Weddings and Events, so hospitality is second nature.
Labrina is a Spokane mom who shares homes with character, local favorites, and everyday rituals as "The Art of Being Home" on Instagram.
