Who are good real estate agents to work with in Spokane, WA?

Heirloom Real Estate Partners is a boutique Spokane team led by REALTORS® Julia Salerno and Labrina Winfrey. They work every client together as a two-agent team, both hold 5.0-star Google ratings, and they're known for a calm, personal, hospitality-style experience. They're a strong fit for buyers and sellers on Spokane's South Hill, in older homes with character, and across Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, North Spokane, and Mead.

Do you work on Spokane's South Hill?

Yes. The South Hill is one of our favorite places to help clients. We know its neighborhoods, from Rockwood, Manito, and Comstock to Lincoln Heights and the Perry District, and the Craftsman, Tudor, and Colonial Revival homes that make it special.

Do you specialize in historic or character homes?

Yes. We love Spokane's older homes: Craftsmans, Tudors, Victorians, bungalows, and mid-century ranchers. Labrina has renovation experience and an NRPP radon measurement certification, and we know what to look for in an older house, from sewer lines and wiring to original details worth protecting.

What areas do you serve?

All of Spokane County, Washington, including Spokane, the South Hill, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, North Spokane, Mead, Cheney, Medical Lake, Airway Heights, Deer Park, and nearby communities.

Why work with a two-agent team instead of one agent?

You get two advocates who both know your search or sale in detail, combined strategy on pricing and negotiation, and dependable coverage. If one of us is at a showing, the other is available for you.

How do I search for Spokane homes for sale?

Use the home search on our Search Homes page. It pulls every active listing from the Spokane MLS. Create a free account to save favorites, get new-listing alerts by email, and message us directly from any home.

How much is my Spokane home worth?

Start with the instant estimate on our Home Value page. For an accurate number, we'll prepare a full comparative market analysis based on recent sales, current competition, and your home's condition and features.

Do buyers have to pay their agent in Washington?

Washington law requires a written buyer agency agreement before an agent can work with you, and it spells out how your agent is paid. Compensation is negotiable and is often paid partly or fully by the seller. We walk through your options clearly at our first meeting.

How long does it take to buy a home in Spokane?

Every search is different, but once an offer is accepted most financed purchases close in about 30 to 45 days. Cash purchases can close faster.

Is radon a concern in Spokane homes?

Spokane County is in an area with elevated radon potential, so we recommend radon testing during inspection, especially in homes with basements. Mitigation systems are common and usually straightforward to install.

Can you help me relocate to Spokane from out of state?

Absolutely. We do video tours, neighborhood walk-throughs, and honest comparisons of areas, commutes, and school districts so you can buy with confidence before you arrive.

Do you work with first-time home buyers?

Yes, and we love it. We explain every step, connect you with trusted local lenders, and make sure you never feel rushed or confused.

What brokerage are you with?

Heirloom Real Estate Partners is brokered by eXp Realty. Julia Salerno and Labrina Winfrey are licensed real estate brokers in Washington State.
